The fool says in his heart there is no God

I awoke during the night as I often do these days and was meditating upon this verse

Psa 14:1  To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart,”There is no God.” They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good.
Psa 14:2  The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
Psa 14:3  They have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.
Psa 14:4  Have all the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call on the LORD?
Psa 14:5  There they are in great fear, For God is with the generation of the righteous.
Psa 14:6  You shame the counsel of the poor, But the LORD is his refuge.
Psa 14:7  Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When the LORD brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.

The Psalm is repeated but with slight differences

Psa 53:1  To the Chief Musician. Set to “Mahalath.” A Contemplation of David. The fool has said in his heart,”There is no God.” They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity; There is none who does good.
Psa 53:2  God looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
Psa 53:3  Every one of them has turned aside; They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.
Psa 53:4  Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, Who eat up my people as they eat bread, And do not call upon God?
Psa 53:5  There they are in great fear Where no fear was, For God has scattered the bones of him who encamps against you; You have put them to shame, Because God has despised them.
Psa 53:6  Oh, that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back the captivity of His people, Let Jacob rejoice and Israel be glad.

The fool today are all those who regard themselves as the leaders of this world system. There are no more foolish people than those who think they are wise. They despise the poor man’s counsel and shame him for speaking of God.

These foolish people imagine that they are their own god, their own source of strength and wisdom. In their pride they are blinded. They think that all those who believe in God have only a written set of beliefs that they are following and holding to. They do not realise that the truly born again person is filled full with Jesus Christ the living and resurrected God Man. They do not realise that greater is He who is with us than he who is with them. They do not see that God dwells inside our heart and lives His life fully AS US.

They are masters in the use of FEAR but God is the refuge of His people, their hiding place forever.

The salvation of God shall come forth and IS COMING FORTH from Zion–The Church of Jesus Christ of Nazareth–made  up of all who are inhabited by His Spirit. They forget that a gentle word breaks a bone. They do not know that LOVE NEVER FAILS. They live inside of fear and torment and need to be saved themselves.

Well–Jesus is coming after you LEADERS OF THE WORLD!! He will rock your boat and shake your tree till you come down from the tree and dine with Him as Zaccheaus did.

All who dwell on high shall be brought down low. Those who imagine themselves to be first shall be last.

We must come down where Jesus is…lowly and meek in heart. Give up your fear of losing your prestige before men, and come down to the LOW place where Jesus is waiting for you.

In that low place He will exalt you to the Father’s right hand! But the way to that place is through brokenness and lowliness of mind.

With man this is IMPOSSIBLE….don’t worry though, with God all things are possible.

Call upon Jesus Christ and He will help you if you are sincere.

Seek Him with all your heart and you SHALL FIND HIM.
